Team Dynamics- Team Leadership.
In one of my reaction papers, I examined the topic of team leadership. It was at this time that I began facilitating teams in my new position. Although I have facillitated teams on several occasions previously, I was quickly stepping into a completely new system and needed to figure out how to best become a facilitator. Many of the readings included focus on facilitation skills and establishing norms. In the future, I noted to utilize these skills

in class. Each ofI decided to attempt to complete these reflections requiusing the philosophy that I found challenging to understand in order to practice using them in an applied setting. I found that as I tried to work through the nuances of each of the different types of philsophies and using it in an applied setting I also gained new insight to the philosophies themselves.
In relation to my work in the PhD program and my work setting I found that of the three philsophies, the subject areas of Critical Reflection 1 and 2 were most aligned with my work (studying the resource adoption for science in Texas in Critical Reflection 1, and looking at the marginalization of some schools as seen through the social media of a television program in Critical Reflection 2). Critical reflection 3 found me looking through the lens of power-making, language, and marginalization based upon queer theory.

Autoethnography TWriting about myself always poses a challenge to me, however after completing this, I could see the applications of multiple philosophies to my learning and to my work in education. Perhaps my biggest epipheny when writing this paper occurred when I realized that there were trends and patterns present throughout my career, and that really delving into the connections between work and philosophy has afforded me new insight and understanding.
