Team Dynamics- Team Leadership.
In one of my reaction papers, I examined the topic of team leadership. It was at this time that I began facilitating teams in my new position. Although I have facillitated teams on several occasions previously, I was quickly stepping into a completely new system and needed to figure out how to best become a facilitator. Many of the readings included focus on facilitation skills and establishing norms. In the future, I noted to utilize these skills
In conjunction with my possible focus of building capacity with teachers after professional development, the team dynamic of a facilitator plays an important role in developing accountability to maintain ongoing use of professional development as teachers return from training.
